Pricing
The full-day rental rate is $500, which includes access to the venue from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Venue Space
Venue space includes two large event spaces, an entry area, 2 restrooms, and access to the kitchen.
Offerings
Six 48" round tables, Six 6 ft rectangle tables, Six pub tables, and 65 chairs
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at booking and the remaining balance ($300) is due 7 days before your event.
The maximum occupancy of the Facility is 150 guests when using tables and chairs or 300 guests when using chairs only. Occupancy limits must not be exceeded at any time.
