This ribbon cutting marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Carthage as we open the Kolpin Family Pavilion—the future home of the Carthage Farmer’s Market and a welcoming place for our community to come together. Designed as a hub for connection, this pavilion will support local vendors, foster community gatherings, and create shared experiences for years to come.
