Happy Bottoms Diaper Program
The Happy Bottoms Diaper Program addresses the need for diapers for infants and toddlers in our community. This program supports families in Southwest MO, who struggle to afford diapers for their children. By supplying free diapers, we help alleviate financial stress on families, promote healthier living conditions for children, and contribute to the overall well-being of our community.
The Happy Bottoms Diaper Project supports families in the Carthage zip code area by providing diapers for children aged 0 to 3 years. Through this program, each child can receive up to 75 diapers or 50 pull-ups per month until they turn 4 years old. Additionally, we offer potty training kits to help children who are ready to start potty training.

COMPLETE AN APPLICATION
Complete the application linked below (in english or spanish). If you don't have access to a printer, you can come meet us at the office to complete the application.

GATHER THE INFORMATION

Identification (Ex. Utility bill, Driver's License, etc.)

Proof of Birthdate (Ex. Birth Certificate, Medicaid Card, Etc.)

We can provide diapers for kids until they reach age 4.

SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
Once you complete your application, return it with your proof of address and birthdate. You can send a picture via Facebook messenger or by email to office@mbhfoundation.com.
